The founder/creator of QDF and Diversified Sport Programs DSP.

Our founder, Frank O Price, is a retired United States Air Force Chief Master Sergeant. Frank spent 19 years of his 30-year military career in a demanding position assigned to the 89th Military Airlift Wing at Andrews AFB, Maryland. He was in the aircraft Avionics maintenance field, scheduling aircraft that provided transportation for the President, Vice President, and other national and international dignitaries. He studied at Riverside City College, Washington State University, and Bowie State University and graduated from the Senior Non-Commissioned Officer Academy.

In 1986, Frank worked for Presidential Airways as manager of Quality Assurance at Dulles International Airport in Chantilly, Virginia. He also served as the manager of Quality Assurance for Gemini Air cargo, a DC-10 carrier, from 1996 to June 2002.

His journey as an entrepreneur began with aspirations of introducing a new concept in football entertainment that would educate the public on how to play the game even if they weren’t athletes. Frank’s early football experience includes eight years playing football, and in 1967, he expanded his knowledge and skills of football by officiating high school and college games.

He served as the Football Rules Interpreter and Commissioner for the District of Columbia and officiated AA Division 1 and 2 college games. A Neutral Observer for a college conference and inducted into the College Official Hall of Fame, Frank’s extensive experience in football and other sports gave him the knowledge to invent a game so versatile that adults and children can enjoy it. The “QUARTERBACK DRAW FOOTBALL™” board game project started in July 1985, with a patent obtained in November 1987.

Philip Allen
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Diversified Sport Programs DSP.

Philip Allen started working with Diversified Sports Programs (DSP) in 2014 when Frank Price approached him about getting involved with his life work of developing Quarterback Draw Football. This journey to work with Frank to put QDF in front of the public and grow this family business has been a shift from working as an organizer and trainer

His history as an athlete and interest in sports, including football, made this an opportunity he couldn’t pass up. QDF being a game that emphasizes the players learning the game of football fits perfectly with Philip’s enjoyment of training adults in leadership and organizing as well as time coaching his kids’ sports teams.

Philip graduated from Xavier University of Louisiana, the Harvard Trade Union program, and completed an Organizational Development and Knowledge Management master’s program through George Mason University. He currently serves as a C-Suite, National Non-Profit and Labor Movement consultant in the DC Metro Area.

Marion C. Adams Jr., (aka) Jimmy
The Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) of Diversified Sport Programs DSP.

Marion C. Adams Jr., (aka) Jimmy started working with Mr. Frank O. Price, founder and President of Diversified Sports Programs (DSP) in 2007.  Mr. Frank introduced Jimmy to his project, Quarterback Draw Football (QDF) which he’s been working on for many years.  As a former athlete, Jimmy was truly intrigued with the concept of a game that taught the foundations of the sport.

It’s been a labor of love for Jimmy working with Mr. Frank over the years in an effort to take this project public.  After 20 years of active-duty military service and as a former leader and trainer of men as women, Jimmy had another opportunity to continue in that vein but not in uniform.

Jimmy graduated from Ashford University in Clinton, Iowa, and earned his bachelor’s degree in Social and Criminal Justice.
